7 days, per license

You can refund a license yourself within 7 days of paying for it, for any reason. A free trial is there so you can test the app on your own TV first.

How to request it

One per household

There is one self-service refund per household, ever. After 7 days, or after an earlier refund, please contact {{support email}}.

What happens to the license and seats

That license ends. If your home then has too few seats, the most recently linked TVs lose theirs and go back to the free features at their next check-in. Prayer times and the athan keep working.

Processing time

We send the refund to the payment provider straight away. Your bank or card issuer may take {{typical processing time}} to show it.

Wrong country

If your billing country has a higher price than the one you paid, nothing is unlocked. We tell you and you can start again with the right country. Your first payment is then refunded automatically, or within 48 hours if you do nothing. This does not use up your self-service refund.
